Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS) invites applications from willing and eligible candidates for engagement in the following posts for the establishment of the Multi-Disciplinary Research Unit (MRU), JNIMS. The engagement will be initially for a period of one year, extendable until the completion of the scheme.

1. Name of Post: Research Scientist-II (Scientist ‘C’) (Non-Medical)
No. of Post: 1
Qualification: 1. Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degree with 3(three) post qualification Experience or PhD.
2. For Engineering/IT/CS- Graduate degree of 4(four)Years with three years post qualification experience
Remuneration: ₹67,000/- per month + HRA as admissible.
2. Name of Post: Research Scientist-I (Scientist ‘B’) (Non-Medical)
No. of Post: 1
Qualification: 1. Post Graduate Degree including the integrated PG degrees.
2. For Engineering/IT/CS- 4(Four) Years Graduate Degree.
Remuneration: ₹56,000/- per month + HRA as admissible.
3. Name of Post: Project Technical Support – II
No. of Post: 2
Qualification: 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/ DMLT or equivalent) with 5(five) years’ of Experience in relevant subject/ field.
OR
Three years Graduate degree in the relevant subject/field with two years of experience in the relevant subject.
Remuneration: ₹20,000/- per month + HRA as admissible.
4. Name of Post: Lab. Assistant/DEO (Grade ‘A’)
No. of Post: 1
Qualification: 10+2 standard or equivalent and Basic Computer knowledge (I,e 3-6months certificate course, particularly on MS Office from a recognise Institute) and Typing speed of 45 words per minute.
Desirable: Graduate/Master in statistic will be preferred.
Remuneration: ₹20,000/- per month.
There is age relaxation in upper age limit for different categories of candidates.
Age Limit;
- Maximum age: 40 years as on 01.12.2025.
- Relaxation applicable as per Government norms:
- SC/ST: up to 5 years
- OBC: up to 3 years
- State Government employees: up to 5 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD): up to 10 years
